Chakras are energy centers within the subtle body, according to Hindu and yogic traditions. There are seven main chakras aligned along the spine, from the base to the crown of the head. Each chakra is associated with specific qualities, aspects of consciousness, and physiological functions.

Root Chakra (Muladhara): Located at the base of the spine, the Root Chakra governs our sense of security, survival, and stability. It's associated with the element of Earth and the color red. When balanced, it promotes feelings of safety, groundedness, and connection to the physical world. Imbalances may manifest as fear, insecurity, or financial difficulties.
